Sean Roldan Biography 
Sean Roldan is an Indian music director who made his debut in 2014 with the Tamil-Malayalam bilingual movie - Vaayai Moodi Pesavum (Samsaaram Aarogyathinu Haanikaram) starring Dulquer Salman and Nazriya Nazim in lead roles. The movie was declared a sleeper hit. Its music was also a hit and received critics’ appreciation as well. Now Sean has received three movie offers - Sathuranga Vettai, Mundaasupattii and Aadama Jeichomada. He is the son of famous mridangam player Srimushnam V. Raja Rao.
Sean was born in Chennai to renowned mridangam player Srimushnam V. Raja Rao and Padma. Famous novelist Sandilyan is his maternal grandfather. As music was in his blood he too joined music field. As a composer he started with Carnatic tracks before doing film music. He was recommended by film producer C. V. Kumar to Varun Manian, who offered him the maiden project, Vaayai Moodi Pesavum. Anirudh Ravichander was his original choice who opted out and Sean got his magic debut to south Indian film industry. He also owns a music band Sean Roldan & Friends and he used one of their compositions - "Mayakkura Poo Vaasam" of their band. The bilingual movie included 8 music tracks and the songs were well-appreciated in both Tamil and Malayalam.
With his debut movie as a music director, he started his playback singing career as well, by rendering his voice to two of its songs. He sang the track ‘Shut up! Vayamoodu! Pesadhe' with Balaji Mohan and "Kadhal ara onnu vizhundhuchu” with Shakthishree Gopalan and both got noticed. The movie marked Dulqer Salman’s Tamil debut and actress Madoo’s comeback to movies.
