Saurabh Pandey Biography

Saurabh Pandey is an Indian actor who works in Bollywood and television. He grabbed quick attention from viewers for his physique as well as acting skills. He made his acting debut with 2007 television serial, Jiya jale. He has started his own production company, White Light Army Pictures and currently serves as its MD. Apart from acting, he owns a few more talents like cinematography, film direction and editing. He played lead hero role in popular shows like Tere Mere Sapne and Ganga kii Dheej.

 

He was born in Delhi in 1985. He has 2 siblings. His brother, Gaurav Pandey has appeared in many television ads. At the age of 9 he was inspired by the movie, Jurassic Park and very soon, he took decision to become an actor. He even completed a model of Dinosaur, which took three years to complete. Very soon, he became a model and celebrity in his locality. He also shot motion pictures using his father’s camera. He completed his education at SelaQui International School, Dehradun and in those days, he excelled in sports. During this time, he recognized his talent in performing arts, and regularly participated in plays and school dramas.

 

In 2005, he reached Mumbai and took acting training at Kishor Namit Kapoor’s Acting Institute and Kreating Charakters Acting Studio. He also appeared in television commercials during this period. His first TV show with Siddharth Basu’s Jiya Jale on 9X, where he portrayed the male protagonist, Chandan Bhamani. This single show made him a popular actor and Shaurya Aur Suhani, Tere Mere Sapne, Aahat season 5 and Ganga Kii Dheej are his successful shows later. In 2009, he became a drug addict. But fortunately he was able to get rid of those bad habits.
