Sathish Krishnan Biography

Sathish Krishnan is a young Tamil actor and choreographer. He appears in supporting roles and his upcoming movie is Sattendru Maaruthu Vaanilai, directed by Gautham Menon. He plays supporting role in this movie with Silambarasan and Pallavi Subhash in the lead roles. He debut with 2007 movie, Unnale Unnale where he played the role of Sathish. Later he appeared in movies like Vaaranam Aayiram of Gautham Menon, Ainthu Ainthu Ainthu and Thalaivaa in bit roles. He played the lead role in the lagged project and thriller, Endrendrum (2013) where he was paired opposite Priyanka Reddy. He is a trained dancer and has recently choreographed many big projects of Tamil film industry.

 

Sathish Krishnan is a trained dancer and choreographer who later landed to acting field. He was the lead dancer of Flyerz dance company for more than 6 years, before entering movies. Later he appeared as a dancer in popular dance shows of television - Dance Machi Dance and Aattam Paatam in Kalaignar TV. He paired with Jeyshree in the debut season of the show Maanada Mayilada, where he was decalred winner. Then he contested in Jodi Number One - Season 4 along with Divyadarshini and finished in second place. After that he worked as a choreographer for Jodi No 1 next season and Ungalil Yar Adutha Prabhu Deva.

 

Bilingual - Neethane En Ponvasantham (2012) directed by Gautham Menon marked his debut as a film choreographer. Vaalu, Kaali and Inga Enna Solluthu are his other noted movies in the role of a choreographer. Jeeva's Unnale Unnale (2007) marked his debut as an actor where he portrayed the friend of Vinay Rai. In 2008 Gautham Menon announced his launch as a lead actor with the movie, Chennaiyil Oru Mazhaikaalam aside Trisha Krishnan and three newcomers.
