Sara Khan is a model and popular television actress. Her popular television series include - Sapna Babul Ka...Bidaai, Ram Milaayi Jodi and Junoon – Aisi Nafrat Toh Kaisa Ishq. She won Miss Madhya Pradesh title in 2007, which paved her way to small screen. In 2008, she won Best Actor- Female awards at Indian Telly awards and Indian Television Academy Awards (Popular actress) for Sapna Babul Ka...Bidaai. Her character Sadhana has also brought her many awards including Favourite New Member, Favourite wife and Favourite Sister at Star Parivar awards, Best New Actor in Lead Role (Female) and Style Icon of the year (Female) at New Talent Awards and Best Debut (Female) at Zee Gold awards. She is to debut silver screen with the movies, Aman Ki Asha and Dark Rainbow.

 

Sara was born on August 6, 1989 in Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh. She debut small screen with Sapna Babul Ka...Bidaai, where she played the role of Sadhna. She appeared in Shah Rukh Khan’s game show on Star Plus as celebrity guest, Kya Aap Paanchvi Pass Se Tez Hain? She also appeared in Amul Star Voice of India 2 and 10 Ka Dum, hosted by Salman Khan as celebrity guest. She appeared as contestant in Bigg Boss season 4, where she was evicted on the 69th day. She finished 8th in this celebrity reality show.

 

Her debut television entry was a big success, which made her a household name and gave her numerous appreciations and awards. She later appeared in Ram Milaayi Jodi as Mona Anukalp/Aditya Gandhi in 2011-2012 and Junoon – Aisi Nafrat Toh Kaisa Ishq as Shallu Pandey that was telecasted in Life OK during 2012–13. She hosted Dance Premier League in 2009 and has also appeared as guest in Welcome - Baazi Mehmaan-Nawaazi ki. Now she is to enter Bollywood with supporting roles.
