Sapna Vyas Patel is an Indian Fitness Model, dietician and YouTube Blogger, known for attractive and stunning photos she posts in Instagram and other photo sharing sites. She is a fitness trainer and successful model too. She's Certified Fitness Professional and a student of Phd in Nutritional Science and Dietary. She guides and gives tips to the people how to reduce weight and give health and fitness tips. She is the daughter of well-known person Jay Narayan Vyas, Health Minister of India.

Sapna Vyas Patel was born into an influential political family of Gujarat. She was born on 10 November 1989 in Ahmedabad. She is the daughter of well-known politician, Jai Narayan Vyas, a politician, scholar and a former Cabinet Minister of Government of Gujarat. Sapna came to limelight after she lost 33 kilos in a year following a strict regime on diet and exercises. Later she trained a fitness trainer, training students. Her videos on how to reduce weight became viral over YouTube, Facebook and other social media sites, and she owns a lot of fans in Instagram. Sapna was in news when her pictures went viral in the name of BJP MLA Angoorlata Deka, and people started following her in twitter, Facebook and instagram.

Daughter of a health minister, she is a doctoral student and a Reebok Certified Fitness Professional right now, who has already guided over 5000 people through Facebook without charging any penny. She started her first gym and fitness training centre in the year 2010. She was 86 kgs before she reduced her weight to 56 kgs within one year. She writes weekly articles and columns in various health magazines, and also conducts health workshops and sessions regarding weight issues and health.
