Sandeep Jangra is an Indian sportsman playing the game of squash. He has played in Indian Nationals and Kolkata International events.
Sandeep was born on 28th December 1988 in Obra in Sonebhadra District of Uttar Pradesh. His father migrated to Mumbai for pursuing his career in Jindal Iron and Steel Factory in Asangaon. He lost his father at his age of 16 and had to support his mother and two siblings. He studied at Jindal Vidya Mandir School and was formerly employed at JSW Steel Ltd.
He was a student of National Institute of Open Squash. He was supported by the Squash Racquets Association of Maharashtra. He gets regular training at Club Acquaria in Borivali. He won the Junior Australian Open in 2005 and got the fifth position in the World Junior Squash Championship in 2005. His highest world ranking is 161 as of February 2011.
