Sanaa Bhambri Biography 
Sanaa Bhambri is a former professional tennis player from Delhi. Bhambri won 2 ITF singles titles and 12 doubles titles in her professional career. Many of her family members and close relatives belonging to her generation have chosen this field as their professional, and achieved success. Her sister Ankita Bhambri, brother Yuki Bhambri and cousins Prerna Bhambri and Prateek Bhambri are also professional tennis players. Her highest career singles ranking is World No. 434, when she reached at her career peak in October 2005. She received her career best doubles ranking in October 2005, when she reached World No. 228, just one rank above her sister in the same ranking of the season. Her biggest feat is to reach the semifinals of the 2003 French Open Girls' Doubles event, partnering with Sania Mirza.
Sana was born in New Delhi on 7 March 1988. She was born to Chander and Indu. She played tennis along with her siblings and cousins since her younger days. She remained at her career peak in the mid-2000s, exactly at the same time when her sister Ankita also touched new heights in this profession. Ankita Bhambri has a win–loss record of 8–14 at Fed Cup representing her country, and earned a total of 9 ITF Women's Circuit singles and 8 doubles titles.
She is a Left-handed (two-handed backhand) professional player. In 2005 she has partnered with her elder sister Ankita to won the $25,000 Lagos 2 ITF event in October. Prior to it, she along with India’s leading tennis player Sania Mirza reached the semifinals of French Open 2003. In her career, she has won single finals at Indore, Gurgaon, Ahmedabad, New Delhi, Aurengabad and Muzaffarnagar, and doubles event at New Delhi, Indore, Mumbai, Gurgaon, Ahmedabad, London, Lagos etc.
