Sahil Salathia Biography

Sahil Salathia is an Indian supermodel and actor, who works in television. He marked his acting debut through Everest, a Hindi telenovela which was aired on STAR Plus during 2014-2015. He played the parallel lead role of Arjun Sabharwal in the series, and shared screen space with Shamata Anchan, Armaan Khera and Rohan Gandotra. The show was produced by Ashutosh Gowarikar. In 2016 he acted in the thriller television series, P.O.W. - Bandi Yuddh Ke, directed by Nikkhil Advani. He is also associated with events for social causes.

Sahil Salathia hails from Kashmir. He belongs to a Rajput family in Jammu city. He completed his schooling from Delhi and IT engineering from Panjab University, Chandigarh. Later he took acting lessons from Barry John Acting School to pursue a career in acting. Sahil Salathia started off as a model and he is one of the top models of the country right now. He also achieved the feat of Supermodel. Sahil represented India at Mr. Asia 2012 in Hong Kong, and finished one among the 5 finalists. He has also done modelling assignments for more than 50 brands in the country, and has appeared in print and TV ads too.

He worked with leading brands such as Idea Cellular, Tata Indicom, Kingfisher, Big Bazaar and Mercedes Benz India etc, and has appeared in more than 20 TV commercials such as Tata Tetley Green Tea, Lava Mobile Phones, Tata Indica, Samsung laptops etc. He has appeared in Indian fashion magazines such as Maxim, GQ and Hello, apart from featuring in the cover page of a few more. He played the lead role of a mountaineer in his debut TV flick, Everest during 2014-2015.
