Roshni Nadar Biography 
Roshni Nadar is a business executive who currently serves as the Executive Director and the CEO of HCL Enterprise. She is the single child to her parents, Shiv Nadar – the founder of HCL and his wife Kiran Nadar - Indian art collector and philanthropist. She is married to Shikhar Malhotra, and the couple has two kids. One of the powerful young businesswomen of present corporate sector of India, she was ranked 57th on the Forbes World's 100 Most Powerful Women list. She also serves as the Trustee of Shiv Nadar Foundation.
Roshni did her schooling from Vasant Valley School and later studied at Northwestern University. Interestingly she majored in radio, television and film from Northwestern University. Prior to joining HCL group of companies, she completed her management studies from Kellogg School of Management in 2008. For a brief period, she functioned as a news producer at Sky News in UK before returning to India. Very soon she was promoted to the position of executive director and CEO of HCL Corporation in the year 2009. She is also involved with brand building across HCL group. The company she now heads is the group's holding company and owns 50 per cent in HCL Technologies and 44.4 per cent in HCL Infosystems.
Roshni prefers to keep a low profile and speaks only about her philanthropy projects. She also serves as the Trustee of Shiv Nadar Foundation. She is the Chairman of VidyaGyan, a leadership academy for the meritorious, underprivileged, rural students of Uttar Pradesh. She is married to Shikhar Malhotra, who currently serves as the Vice Chairman of HCL Healthcare. Shikhar founded the Shiv Nadar Schools in 2012. Currently Roshni resides in Delhi with her family. She has two sons - Armaan and Jahaan.
