Ramji (film Actor) Biography

Ramji is a choreographer turned actor of Tamil cinema and television. He is also a dancer who marked with the debut with the song sequence "Vellarika Pinju Vellarikkaa" from National award winning movie - Kadhal Kottai and was regularly seen in songs of 1990s. He was also featured in the songs - "Easwara" from Kannedhirey Thondrinal and "Nee Park-ukum Ponnalum" from Paarvai Ondre Podhume. Rama Narayanan's Kutti Pisasu is his noted appearance as a film actor, where he played a supporting role. He has also anchored a few shows on television. He anchored the reality dance show - "Dance Machi Dance". He has also choreographed a few television shows like “Dance Jodi Dance” (Jaya TV).

Ramji is a talented choreographer and dancer who regularly contribute to film and television industry. He is also a great performer of stage shows and has done wonderful shows since 1990s. He entered film world as a dancer, later turned choreographer and actor. In the television world, he is known as a successful TV host and has choreographed many reality shows for different channels. He appeared in numerous popular songs of Tamil since mid-1990s. He was first seen in the song - Vellarika Pinju Vellarikkaa of Kadhal Kottai in 1996 where he danced aside Rani.

Later he moved to acting field as well and Pennin Manathai Thottu and Unnai Ninaithu are some of his noted appearances. He also acted in AIDS awareness short ads for Dhillu Dura campaign which aimed at encouraging people to clear their misconceptions about AIDS. He portrayed the character Dhillu Dura for the ad directed by duo JD-Jerry and appeared in three teasers. He has acted in a few TV serials - Valli, Kasalavu Nesam, Marma Desam etc.
