Ramesh Khanna Biography 
Ramesh Kanna is an Indian film actor who concentrates in Tamil film industry. He takes up comedian roles and supporting roles and is noted for his standup comedy.
He was born on 20th November in Coimbatore in Tamil Nadu. His father’s name is Narayanan and his mother’s name is Shyamala. He was born as the third child of the family. He has completed his masters’ degree in arts. He is married with two children and his first son Jaswanth Kannan has completed his B. Tech degree and is working in Wipro Technologies Pvt Ltd.
He started showing his face in the stage dramas from his age of 5. He worked as child artist in the dramas of R.S. Manohar and has appeared in more than 500 stage dramas in this way. He later wanted to become a film director and so he worked as assistant director with Pandiyarajan, Vikraman and K.S. Ravikumar.
He also worked as dialogue writer in some films, the work assigned to him by his mentor K.S. Ravikumar. He took up small roles in films and thus quenched his thirst for acting side by side. He was featured as comedian in the film Unnidathil Yennai Koduthenin 1998. The success of this film gave him many chances in that arena.
He directed the films Thodarum and Top Tucker and worked as writer for the films Aadhavan, Muni and Nam Naadu. Some of the films that he has acted include Amarkalam, Appu, Avvai Shanmughi, Chinna Raja, Dasavathaaram, Dreams, Jodi, Friends, Kalakalappu, Kondaattam, Kedi, Irumbu Kottai Murattu Singam, Mahanadigan, Nee Varuvaai Ena, Padayappa, Rishi, Rojavanam, Saamy, Sila Nerangalil, etc.
