Rajdeep Chatterjee Biography 
Rajdeep Chatterjee is a famous playback singer and musician from Jamshedpur, who appeared in several singing talent hunt shows on television, which brought him to spotlight. Sa Re Ga Ma Pa L'il Champs, Indian Idol 4 and Sitaron Ko Choona Hai are some of the reality shows in which he participated, and he gained recognition and more singing offers after that. But he missed all these reality shows narrowly and is still to win a reality show. Apart from playback singing, he is also associated with independent music and releases many singles also.
He has done a few songs in Bollywood, most notable ones being Khiladi (Remix) from Khiladi 786, Ab Tere Bin Jeelenge Hum from Police Giri and Gunday - Bangla Version from Gunday. His break to films was given by Himesh Reshammiya, who has promoted many budding singers who showcased their talents in singing talent hunt shows, and he played the role of a mentor. Rajdeep is associated with film scene since 2011.
Rajdeep Chatterjee was born on 17 June 1991 in Jamshedpur, Jharkhand. Since the age of two he got drawn towards music, and his music interests were identified by his parents, who later gave him formal learning of classic music under the tutelage of Pandit Shri Chandrakant Apte. He also completed his graduation in music, and seriously decided to pursue a career in music.
He was one of the top Finalists of Zee TV music show Sa Re Ga Ma Pa L'il Champs in 2006, and finished fourth at Indian Idol 2008. He got opportunity to work with A. R. Rahman for a studio song in Germany, and also recorded one song with Shreya Ghoshal. As a playback singer his first experience was for the movie Body Guard in 2011, where he provided the back vocals for its title track as one among the members of the team of "Band of Powers".
