Radhika Madan Biography

Radhika Madan is an Indian television actress. She has been voted to the top 50 list of Asia’s Sexiest Women in UK Poll 2015, where he achieved the position of 24. She is the youngest person to be listed in the list of 50 Asian beauties, at the age of 20 – indeed an outstanding achievement for a youngster. She has been a dance instructor before her foray to television. She made her television screen debut through the series, ‘Meri Aashiqui Tum se Hi ‘ alongside ‘ Shakti Arora ‘, where she portrayed the role of Ishani, which shot her to fame. She is a winner of Television style awards & Zee Gold Awards and has also participated as a contestant in Jhalak Dikhla Jaa.

 

She was born in Pitam Pura, Delhi in the year 1995. She has been a dance instructor in Delhi before she made her debut to small screen in 2014. Balaji Telefilms, ‘Meri Aashiqui Tum se Hi’ was her debut series on Colors which made her an immensely popular actress. Shakti Arora and Radhika Madan in lead roles were noticed for their onscreen chemistry as well. Radhika played the role of Ranveer Kailash Vaghela onscreen and received Zee Gold Awards for Best debut actress and Indian Television Academy Awards for Best Fresh Face (Female).

 

In 2015, she appeared in Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa – season 8 as a contestant, though she was not able to win. She was spotted by Ekta during a dance recital and asked her to come to Mumbai to an audition.  As she doesn’t have any previous acting experience, she didn’t expect to get the role. But she was really surprised when she was chosen for the lead role. She was first year at college doing correspondence while she bagged the role. Now she is continuing her studies as correspondence.
