Priyanka Purohit is a popular television actress associated with Hindi soap dramas. She was a participant of MTV India's Splitsvilla 7, which made her popular among youth. Her portrayal of Poorva Deshmukh in Colors TV's Krishnadasi makes her a popular TV artist. In 2018, she portrayed the role of Bhumi in Zee TV's Aap Ke Aa Jane Se. Half Marriage, Sanyukt, Kalash, Bandhan and Yeh Dil Sun Raha Hai are a few more Tv appearances. Her role in the show Aap Ke Aa Jane Se earned her a nomination at Zee Rishtey Awards 2018 in Favourite Naya Sadasya (Female) category. She is also a model by profession.
Priyanka Purohit was born on October 7, 1991 in Mumbai, Maharashtra. She has one brother. She started off her career in 2014 with MTV India's Splitsvilla 7 (7th season of the show). The show brought her to limelight for the first time and also helped her to bag more roles from television industry. Thus she made her acting debut the same year through Yeh Dil Sun Raha Hai playing the supporting role of Gauri. After that she started accepting television roles.
Travelling is her most favourite hobby. She started her modelling career while she was doing her college studies. She has played both lead and supporting roles on mini screen. She played the lead role of Chandni Kanojia in &TV show, Half Marriage. The show was premiered on 25 September 2017 and ended on 27 April 2018. Tarun Mahilani as Arjun Sharma played the male lead of the show. The show was not successful as expected to be.
