Pragya Jaiswal is an Indian film actress and model. She is a law degree holder from prestegious institute Symbiosis in Pune. Pragya known as beauty with brains Debuted in Telugu films with "Kanche" opposite Varun Tej directed by Krish. Pragya is in films as an actress and also a model for various products is one of the most promising actresses of South Indian movies who is known for her natural beauty and stunning performance. Pragya Jaiswal was part of Femina Miss India contest in the year 2008. Her natural beauty helped her get many leading advertisements.

Pragya the model turned actress is a trained Kathak Dancer who started off her career as a professional fashion and commercial model and as the most promising new comer who was abitious and having a huge potential in the film and entertainment industry with her talent and looks. She had already established herself with as a model and featured in many leading brand advertisements.

Pragya Jaiswal started her career in the leading role in Bollywood industry with the movie 'Titoo MBA'. The movie did moderately against her expectation and fell on the Boxoffice but Pragya was praised for her acting talents for her role and acting talent. Although directed by Krish Jagarlamudi's Telugu movie 'Kanche' starring her opposite Varun Tej in the lead roles, her first movie was one of the succeesful ones for her.

Pragya has worked for many commercials but among others one that she has done recently commercials worth mentioning are 'Dabur Vatika Anti-dandruff shampoo', millennium hypermarket for Dubai and UAE, Ensure Health Drink etc. Her movies, Titoo MBA in Hindi, Kanche in Telugu, Mirchi Lanti Kurradu in Telugu.
