Pawan Negi Biography 
Pawan Negi is an Indian cricketer from Delhi known to be an all-rounder to his team. He is a left-handed batsman and a spin bowler. He plays for Delhi in domestic cricket. He made his Twenty20 International debut for India cricket team against UAE in the 2016 Asia Cup at Sher-e-Bangla National Stadium on 3 March 2016. He was also a team member of ICC T20 World Cup 2016. Negi is quite active in domestic cricket and IPL matches. He is the most expensive player of 2016 IPL season. He was bought by Delhi Daredevils for a record amount of 8.50 crores. Now he is ahead of Yuvraj Singh, who has been the most expensive player in IPL matches till now.
He played his first IPL match in 2012 for Chennai Super Kings. He played for Chennai Super Kings in the next season too. In 2016 IPL matches, he was brought by Delhi Daredevils for 8.50 crores in IPL auction 2016 held in February. It is the most-expensive uncapped buy ever at the time. He played 57 T20 matches till now and got 47 wickets, apart from scoring 479 runs. He played 19 List a matches and 3 First Class matches till now. 5/22 is his best bowling figure in T20 matches. Negi is a Twenty20 specialist left-arm spinner.
He was born in Delhi on 6 January 1993. Played domestic cricket with Delhi, he first came to prominence during his second season of IPL when Chennai Super Kings began to use him as a pinch-hitter on the odd occasion. He played excellent in domestic cricket in 2015-2016 season too, which helped him to reach India’s national team. He was chosen as the fourth spinner of Indian team.
