Pankaj Dubey is Managing Director and Country Head of Polaris India Pvt. Ltd. Managing Director of Polaris India Pvt. Ltd from January 2011 till date in New Delhi Area, India. Polaris the manufacturers of World's numro uno off road motor cycles. Polaris is also manufacturing Indian brands of bikes ever since the company came to India in 2011. Pankaj Dubey has Masters in Business Management from IIM Kolkata with an inspirational track record. His motto speaks for itself which reads "Work on your dreams. They will turn real".
Pankaj Dubey specialieses in the field of Team Leadership, New Business development, Startup Operations, Marketing Strategist & Brand Building and Channel Management. Previously he was working with Yamaha at such a time when markets showed no mercy on automobile sector especially his company was in deep trouble but he managed to take it out of the red. He was also instrumental in persuading his IT Company the Intex to step into the mobile phones sector.
Pankaj Dubey born on November 3, 1967 did his ISC, Physics, Maths & Chemistry in 1980 – 1985, Bachelor's degree, Economics, Philosophy & History in 1986 – 1988. A post graduate in Business management, MBA, Marketing & Finance in 1990 – 1992, from Motilal Nehru Institute of Research and Business Administration. He was involved in Young Executive Club Student Placement Executive. Lead cultural activities during his stay in Allahabad. He also has gone University of Minnesota - Carlson School of Management for Advanced Course and Self Expression and Leadership Course Curriculum for living.
