Nazea Hasan Sayed Biography

Nazea Hasan Sayed is a very popular actress associated with Hindi television. This talented and beautiful actress got recognition with the Zee TV soap, Punar Vivah Ek Nayi Umeed in which she played the supporting role of Sheela Rohan Dubey. She was so much appreciated for her acting skills, and made her immensely popular among the masses. Phulwa, Haunted Nights, Alladin and Punar Vivah Ek Nayi Umeed are her noted works on small screen. She was also seen in Bollywood movie starring Akshay Kumar, Once Upon A Time In Mumbai Dobara.

 

Nazea Hasan belongs to a very conservative Muslim family, which strictly follows customs and rituals. She moved to main city of Mumbai to pursue her higher studies after schooling. Nazea wanted to become an actress since her childhood. But it was not easy for her to get a nod from her conservative family. Once she reached Mumbai, she started giving auditions for Hindi serials. She was selected for the popular serial of Colors TV channel. Thus she marked her television debut with fantasy TV series “Aladdin”. Her role as Princess Jasmine got recognized, and she got more offers from Hindi television. She came to limelight with this show, which included an ensemble cast of Mandar Jadhav, Nazea Sayed, Puneetchandra Sharrma, Ranvijay Razdan, Praveen Hingonia, Arjun Dutt and Karan Khanna.

 

She became popular for her work as an actress in daily soap “Punar Vivah Ek Nayi Umeed”. Her role as “Sheela Rohan Dubey” helped her to grab many more offers from film and television scene. She marked her film debut in a supporting role with Once Upon A Time In Mumbai Dobara. She played the role of “Simmi Sinha” in TV series “Dahleez” which was aired on Star Plus Channel.
