Narsingh Pancham Yadav Biography 
Narsingh Pancham Yadav is an Indian sportsman who concentrates in the game of wrestling. He won gold medal in the men’s freestyle 74 kg wrestling at the 2010 Commonwealth Games.
Narsingh Pancham Yadav was born on 6th August 1989 in Varanasi in Uttar Pradesh. His father’s name is Pancham Yadav and his mother’s name is Bhulna Devi. He has one brother named Vinod. His father is a milk distributor and his mother looks after farming. He and his brother took an interest in wrestling and became wrestlers.
He got an opportunity to participate in the Commonwealth Games in the last moment but was able to win gold medal in that game. He was interested in wrestling from his childhood days and got training under Singh from his age of 13. He is employed in Indian Railways as the junior ticket checker.
His performance in the qualifying event in Helsinki in May 2012 gave him entry into Olympics and he represented India in the 2012 Summer Olympics held at London and lost in the opening round itself. He has received Arjuna Award in 2012 from the Government of India. He is living at Jogeshwari area of Mumbai.
