Nandini Singh is a successful actress associated with Hindi entertainment industry. Started off with Bollywood movies in the early 1990s, she later moved to television and achieved success and recognition. She is quite popular as the female model featured in the popular music video "Dekha hai Teri aankhon ko" by Aryans in the early 2000. She played female lead in Bollywood films - Ek Aur Ek Gyarah (2003) starring Govinda and Sanjay Dutt and Hanste Khelte (1994) opposite Rahul Roy. Both the movies were unsuccessful. She played supporting roles in Platform (1993), Titoo MBA etc.

She is quite popular for the TV shows. She shot to fame playing the female lead Kesar Rudra Mallya in the TV show, Kesar aired on Star Plus during 2004-2007. Nandini essayed the complicated role for a pregnant lady with mood swings in an episodic in Life OK’s Savdhan India. It was one of the challenging roles she played till now.

She hails from Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh. She was born on 7 August 1980. She started her acting career at the age of 6 as a child artist for the movie, Jumbish in 1986. She made her adult debut with 1993 film, Platform starring Ajay Devgan. She played a supporting role in the film. The following year she bagged her first lead role for a Bollywood film. She played female lead for 1994 romantic movie, Hanste Khelte. The movie was directed by Bharat Rangachary and she was paired with Rahul Roy of Aashique fame.

She started her television career in 2004 and since then she is fully active in television scene. Apart from Kesar, she acted in Savdhan India, Kissa C.M. Ki Secret List Ka, Kkavyanjali, Adaalat and a few more shows.
