Nagarajan Niranjana Biography 
Niranjana Nagarajan is an Indian cricketer from Chennai, Tamil Nadu who represented India in 2 WTests, 22 WODIs and 14 WT20I. She marked her ODI debut in 2008 and Test debut in 2014. She played her first T20 match for India in 2012. She has been a member of national woman’s team during the period, 2008-2016 playing many international matches for India. As of 2017, she had played two tests and 22 ODIs for India. She is a right hand batsman and bowls right-arm medium-pace. She is an all-rounder to the team.
She was born on 9 October 1988 in Chennai, Tamil Nadu. She made her debut in international cricket on 30 August 2008, when she was selected for a foreign tour to England as a member of national team. Since then she played as a member of Indian cricket team till year 2016. She played 2 test matches, scoring 27 runs and claiming 4 wickets. She played her first test match 13 August 2014 v England, and last match on 16 November 2014 v South Africa. 4-19 against England is her best bowling figure in her test career.
She marked her ODI debut on 30 August 2008 v England and played her last match 19 February 2016 v Sri Lanka. She played 22 ODIs representing Indian team, scoring 70 runs and claiming 24 wickets. Though she remained an all-rounder to the team, her achievements mostly claim in the form of wickets than scoring runs. She also took 9 wickets from 14 T20 matches she played. In domestic cricket, she played with Tamil Nadu before joining national team. She has also been associated with South Zone, Railways and Central Zone.
