Mickey Mehta Biography 
Mickey Mehta is a well-known fitness guru, TV and radio presenter and a columnist. He is an RJ of 94.3 Radio One telecasted from Mumbai and Delhi. Known as a holistic health, well-being, wellness, and fitness guru, he preaches the concept as well. He has established a chain of Mickey Mehta Wellness Temples across Mumbai city. He is also referred to as 'India's Leading Holistic Health Guru' by media. He was one of the celebrity judges of the first season of Get Gorgeous, a reality television show and model talent search that premiered in 2004 in Channel V.
Mickey Mehta was born on 29 August 1962 in Mumbai, Maharashtra. He belongs to a middle-class Parsi family. His father was a banker. The family resided at Grant Road, Mumbai. He completed his graduation from Nashik. As he was inclined towards fitness and yoga, he didn’t give much importance to his academic studies. Attracted towards life style he later coached people for wellbeing, yoga and how to lead a healthy lifestyle. He gained recognition as a Holistic health guru, yogic guru and fitness coach.
He took a black belt in martial arts and began his professional career in this field in 1983. He also worked as personal trainer and a door-to-door masseur since then. He was recruited as a health club manager at Ramada Plaza Palm Grove the following year. In the following years, he worked at many elite health resorts. He worked as a health club manager for The Oberoi Trident at Nariman Point for 5 years. He started his solo career in 1993 and went on to become one of the leading fitness trainers of the country.
