M. S. Bhaskar Biography 
M. S. Bhaskar is an Indian film actor who evolved to become an actor from being a theatre artist. He has played comedy roles and has also taken part in many supporting roles in a number of Tamil films. He has also worked in many television series.
M. S. Bhaskar was born in the year 1950 in Muthupettai in Thanjavur district of Tamil Nadu. He worked with the drama troupe, Society for New Drama which staged many plays all over Tamil Nadu. He started his career as an LIC agent for a short period of time and also worked in a paste company to augment his income. Later he joined Tamil Nadu Mercantile Bank in 1981 and worked there until he got voluntary retirement in 2006.
He started his career in films industry as a dubbing artist. He was hired for dubbing Telugu films into Tamil. He has dubbed more than 1000 films and still his work continues. He has one elder sister named Hemamalini who is also a dubbing artist. He is married and has one son and one daughter.
He performed in some television series like Nam Kudumbam, Chinna Papa Periya Papa, Ganga Yamuna Saraswathi, Mayavi Marichan, Senior Junior, Alaigal, Selvi, Arasi and Vizhudugal. These participations made him a household name in Tamil Nadu. His debut film was Thirumathi Oru Vegumathi in 1987. Then he got more chances in 1990s to perform in small roles.
Some of the films that he has acted include Makkal En Pakkam, Dumm Dumm Dumm, Thamizhan, Ivan, University, Junction, Ragasiyamai, Kounder Veetu Maappillai, Military, Anbe Anbe, Machi, Bose, Thirupaachi, Sukran, Sivakasi, Idhaya Thirudan, Thirupathi, Kedi, Vellithirai, Pazhani, Machakkaaran, Azhagiya Thamizh Magan, Kireedam, Sivaji: The Boss, Mozhi, etc.
