Lalloo Anup Biography 
Lalloo Anup is an Indian singer from the state of Kerala. She is a live performer and also sings semi-classical. She came to limelight after she sang the classical and difficult song - "Mere dholna Sun" from Bollywood film Bhool Bhulaiya sung at the occasion of her brother’s wedding. The song grabbed nationwide attention for her voice resembling Shreya Ghoshal, and many national news channels reported the news. Since then she sings for events. She is a band performer and her songs have been noticed in YouTube.
She is a professor by profession, and hence also nicknamed ‘Singing Teacher’. She teaches at Alphonsa College, Pala since 2011. She also taught at Mar Augusthinose College, Ramapuram. She along with her husband Anup sings for bands and also known as ‘Singing couple’ among netizens. Known for Hindi songs most, she released her first cover version, 'Bahon Mein Chale Aoo’ in 2018. Lalloo is also known for her trademark smile, apart from her voice resembling Shreya Ghoshal, the popular singer of Bollywood as well as Malayalam film industry.
Her birth name is Lalloo Alphonse. Lalloo Anup was born into a family inclined to music. Chemmalamattom, Kanjirapally of Kottayam district is her hometown. Her father was a professional guitarist and mother is a singer. Lalloo has been trained in music since young. Her husband Anup Thomas is an IT Professional and singer, and duo sings together for music shows. They also own a music band, Singing Couple and conducts music shows during free time. They got married in 2015. She is to mark her Mollywood debut as a playback singer for the upcoming Mohanlal movie directed by Bhadran.
