Kshitij Wagh Biography 
Kshitij Wagh is an upcoming playback singer associated with Bollywood and Marathi cinema. He was a contestant of the singing talent hunt show – Indian Idol Season 2. The show was aired on Sony television Network during 2005-2006. He got his first break to playback singing through Marathi movie Aila re in 2006, and later he got a few songs in Bollywood as well. He rendered his voice for the songs of Bollywood films - "Aashaon Ke Pankh” of Bumm Bumm Bole, "Motu Master" of Udaan, "Mehki Mehki" of Game etc. Yedyanchi Jatra, Anolkhi He Ghar Majhe, Ali Re and On Duty 24 Taas are among his Marathi works.
He hails from Gwalior, Madhya Pradesh. He was born on 21 October 1977 into a musical family. He was introduced to the world of music by his father, Ramesh Wagh. Later he continued his learning from Gandharva Mahavidyalaya, New Delhi, where his father worked as a teacher. He completed B.Sc in Electronics from Delhi University & Advanced Diploma in Software Engineering from CDAC, New Delhi. His father played a significant role in grooming his career. As a part of training, Ramesh Wagh used to communicate with him in rhymes. He also listened to music on radio since childhood days. Slowly music became an integral part of Kshitij’s life. He is also a sports freak. He is married to Neeti, a call center executive.
"Main Hoon Jhum Jhum Jhumroo" by Kishore Kumar is his most favourite song. Kshitij is a foodie ad loves a wide variety of food. If he had not become a singer, he would have definitely become a chef, says Kshitij. Kshitij Wagh got his first platform of singing through the reality show – Indian Idol 2. Very soon he got his first break to Marathi cinema. The songs - "Thembanche Moti Leyun" and "Amhi Tumchya" for the movie, Aila re marked his singing debut.
