Krish (singer) Biography

Krish is an actor and playback singer of Tamil movies. He is an actor turned singer. He is married to south Indian film actress, Sangeetha. He is the first Indian to work for Walt Disney in the New York Broadway Musicals. He debut playback singing with Kamal Haasan movie, Vettaiyaadu Vilaiyaadu (2006) where he sang the song, "Manjal Veyyil".  His first big break was "June Ponal" from Unnale Unnale. He became immensely popular with music director, Harris Jayaraj compositions. Tamil movie, Kandein marked his career as a lyricist.  He is successful as a performer on stage and has conducted many music programs India and abroad. He has the experience of live shows for more than 5 years and has done Light Music Concerts over 2000 shows in 7 years. He won many awards for his singing and performing caliber, both India and abroad. At present, he is working as lead in the movie, "Puriyaadha Aanandham Puthidhaaga Aarambam".

Krish spent his childhood days at New York. Music and acting have been his passions. That’s the reason why he took a degree in acting and learnt western music. Krish’s career started with Vettaiyaadu Vilaiyaadu, music given by Harris Jayaraj. It was followed by a series of hit songs for the same composer. "Karu Karu" from Pachaikili Muthucharam, "Oru Mugamo" from Bheema, "June Ponal" from Unnale Unnale and "Adiye Kolluthe" from Vaaranam Aayiram are the top hit songs of this successful duo.
