Khurafati Nitin Biography 
Jonathan Philemon Nitin Brady, better known for the stage name - Khurafati Nitin is one of the iconic RJs associated with Indian entertainment industry. This RJ changed the way we listened to FM, and this phenomenal Radio Jockey gave new definitions to this medium. Actually Jonathan wanted to become a Bollywood villain. But destiny was something else, and he landed into the world of radio. He is quirky, thoughtful, innovative, a great observer, and most importantly he loves to talk a lot. He completed 15 years in this profession. He started CSR on radio, an experiment that has never been done before. He did an initiative 'Ambulance First', a thoughtful message given to the society, to give way for an ambulance in a traffic jam.
When Jonathan attended an audition for the first time, he was allotted 5 minutes. But as a chatterbox he continued with his talks, and auditioners were almost shouting, what was wrong with him. When he joined radio, he was predetermined that he is not going to treat it as mere hobby. So he chose a title, Khurafati, got it trademarked and copyrighted, so that he doesn’t want to associate that name with anything else. In the past 15 years, every day he has tried to find something new, and has done many innovations in his style. He constantly tries to adapt and reinvent to give his listeners a complete new entertainment package every time.
He was born into a secular family with a very culturally rich background. Since childhood, his parents taught him to respect all religions and cultures. His mother is a Punjabi, and his father is a catholic. His wife is a Himachali Rajput. His paternal great grandfather was of Irish origin. Thus he was brought up in an environment of mixed cultures. He is a very spiritual person too.
