Jaya Mahesh Biography

Jaya Mahesh is a fashion model and body-sculpting therapist, based in Coimbatore. She was only a housewife and homemaker till she gave birth to a kid, with her post-pregnancy health issues like any other woman. However she began a new career post child delivery, and turned a leading body-sculpting therapist of the country. As a fashion model she also won many fashion contests and titles. In 2019 she won Kovi Wonder Women iCON at Kovi Wonder Women 2K19 awards in fashion category. She was crowned Mrs. India Earth Classic in the year 2016.

Jaya Mahesh was born in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu in 1969. Her schooling and graduation was completed in her hometown itself. She married a business professional Mahesh Kumar G in 1995 and settled with her family life. After she gave birth to her single daughter Sanjana M Kumar, she suffered from Post Pregnancy trauma and abnormal weight gain. She gained over 110 kilograms (240 lb) after her pregnancy. Condition turned worse when she lost her eye sight. With the support of her family she bounced back and reached normal weight with a strict regime and proper food habits.

In 2006 she was crowned Mrs. Coimbatore which became a turning point of her life. 10 years later in 2016, she was crowned Mrs. India Earth Classic. In year 2018 she won Mrs. Globe Classic title at Mrs. Photogenic held at California, and most recently in 2019 won ‘icon of Coimbatore’ title. She is also involved with social work and made her own contributions to set up of Dr. Kalam Library. Now she is also a fitness therapist of Coimbatore, offering help to women who want deal with overweight and related health issues.
