Jasleen Matharu Biography 
Jasleen Matharu is a film actress and singer. She has done many low budget films like Dirty Boss and launched her solo track Love Day. She made her singing debut with Sukhvinder Singh in the song "Naachunga Saari Raat". Currently she is a member of 12th season of the celebrity reality show, Bigg Boss hosted by Bollywood star Salman Khan. But she caught the limelight and is best known as Anup Jalota’s girlfriend. Anup is well-known for his non-filmy devotional albums as well as a few Bollywood songs, and his huge age difference of 37 years with singer-actress Jasleen has created a lot of buzz since the new season of Bigg Boss has begun. The duo has entered Bigg Boss house together.
Jasleen Matharu was born on 4 April 1990 in Mumbai, Maharashtra. She belongs to a Sikh family and she traces her roots back to Khanna, Ludhiana, Punjab. She is born to Kesar Matharu and Jaspreet Matharu, settled in Mumbai where Jasleen was born and brought up. Her father is a director. She has one brother Kamaljeet Singh Matharu who is an actor and a producer. Jasleen also belongs to entertainment industry and has appeared in a few B-grade movies. She is quite successful as a singer, in independent music.
Since young she has received training in music and different dance forms. She is also trained in western music. She is the disciple of the famous Hindi devotional singer Anup Jalota. She also received musical training from Anup, and later the guru-disciple status changed to a romantic relationship. She is also known to be a fitness freak who visits the gym regularly. Currently she is a housemate of Bigg Boss 2018.
