Ishita Ganguly is a budding television actress associated with Hindi soaps. She is associated with Hindi television since 2014 and has played both lead and supporting roles on screen. She played one among the sisters (lead role) in 2014 series, Shastri Sisters. The show marked her television. Later she played lead/parallel lead role in popular TV shows such as Darr Sabko Lagta Hai (episodic), Kaun Hai? (episodic), Laal Ishq (episodic), Yeh Hai Aashiqui (episodic), Peshwa Bajirao, Prithvi Vallabh, Vikram Betaal Ki Rahasya Gatha etc. She currently plays the female lead role of Rani Padmini in Vikram Betaal Ki Rahasya Gatha since 2018.

Ishita Ganguly currently resides in Mumbai. Her full name is Ishita Mamon Ganguly. She was born in the year 1995. Kolkata of West Bengal is her birth place. Initially she worked in Bengali television and appeared in a few TV shows. She started acting at the age of 13. She later moved to Mumbai to pursue a career in Hindi entertainment industry. She has one brother Sumanta Ganguly, who works as a casting director in the industry. Her sister’s name is Neha Pednekar. She practices Hinduism. Some of her hobbies include dancing, singing, swimming and going to gym.

She got her big break to Hindi television in 2014 through a lead role and later appeared in a lead role in numerous episodic shows on Hindi television. She is quite popular among Indian audiences through these roles. Most recently she made a special appearance in 2018 Bollywood film, Meri Pyaari Bindu which had Ayushmann Khurrana and Parineeti Chopra in the lead. Fish curry is her favourite food. Shah Rukh Khan and Ranveer Singh are her favourite actors while Madhuri Dixit and Deepika Padukone, her favourite actresses.
