Hazel Keech Biography

Hazel Keech is a British actress and model who works in Indian film industry. She has appeared in Billa and Bodyguard (Hindi) and a few Indian adverstisements of which Suzuki ad became most popular. She has also appeared in the music video of remixed version of Kahi pe nigahein kahi pe nishana, done by Frankfinn Music. Most recently she has also appeared in the most celebrated reality show of Indian television, Bigg Boss. She appeared in its seventh edition as a contestant, aired in 2013. She also participated in Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa (season 6). But in both these shows, she was the firstcontestant to got eliminated. She also did an item song - "Aa Ante Amlapuram" for the Hindi movie Maximum. Before landing into entertainment industry in front, she has worked as extra in a few Harry Potter series of movies.

Keech was born in Essex, London on 28 February 1987. She was born to an English father and an Indo-Mauritian mother. She studied at Beal High School in Redbridge. Keech started performing at the age of 3. Later she enrolled in both stage schools and Indian dance academies to learn contemporary dance forms as well as Indian classical dance. She also learnt acting and singing while her studies at Indian dance academies. Later she joined amateur plays and performed at school as well. Very soon, she got offers from television as well as cinema. She became popular in theatre works as well. She danced in the popular British programme "Miss Marple" and appeared in BBC documentary show, "Call The Shots".

In 2002, she joined Bombay Dreams, the musical troupe and toured in their London promotional tour the same year. At 18, while holidaying in Mumbai, she got modeling assignments from India and thus she became a part of Indian entertainment industry.
