Geeta Zaildar Biography 
Geeta Zaildar is a popular singer, lyricist and actor associated with Punjabi entertainment industry. He is associated with Punjabi, Bhangra, Romantic and Pop genres of music. Quite a popular figure in Punjab, he also owns several hit singles. Jatt On Duty, Dang, Peengh Pukkian (Feat: MC Lyca), Satnam Waheguru etc are among the popular ones. Zaildar has acted in the Punjabi films - California Desi (2014), Ji Karda (2014), Viyah 70 KM (2013), Burraah and Pinky Moge Wali. Yaarana is his upcoming Punjabi flick. A cultural singer in the Punjabi Music World, he is often regarded as a role model to youngsters of Punjab. 'Siti mar ke bulouno hat ja', 'Kania', 'Heart Beat', 'Sair', 'Pakian Kandhan', 'Ranjhe' etc are his chartbuster numbers.
Geeta Zaildar was born into a Jatt farmer family in Doaba, a village of Punjab. He schooled at Govt. High School of his native place, Garhi Mahan Singh. Since then he used to sing the popular songs of the cultural singers, Gurdas Mann, Kuldeep Manak and many more and also participated in Bhangra competitions. After graduation, he moved to Canada. He also learnt music from Ustad Janab Shamshad Ali. He learnt music for around 13 years before he started his profession in music.
His debut album, 'Dil di rani' was released in 2006. Since then he released 6 Punjabi albums. He writes lyrics for his own songs and till now he has penned lyrics for more than 50 songs. He shot to fame with the Punjabi song, 'Siti mar ke bulouno hat ja'. Geeta has also tried his luck in acting. He played supporting roles and lead roles, both. He played the male protagonist in the popular Punjabi film 'Pinki Moge Wali' and has a fan following crowd.
