Falahari Baba Biography 
Falahari Baba is a self-styled godman from Uttar Pradesh. His real name is Gautam Mishra. Among followers he is also known by the names, Falahari Maharaj, Swami Kaushlendra Prapannachari Falahari Maharaj etc. He owns an Ashram in Alwar, called Venkatesh Divya Balaji Dham Ashram and also run Goshala in Alwar. In 2017 he was accused of raping a 22-year old woman and an FIR was lodged by the victim at Mahila police station of Bilaspur in Chhattisgarh. He was arrested on September 23, 2017, in Alwar. He was convicted and sentenced to life imprisonment by Additional District court of Alwar in 2018.
He was born as Gautam Mishra. He is the eldest of three brothers of his family. He studied up to class XII and also holds an ITI certificate course from Allahabad. He left home and reached Alwar in 1990s. He was married and also had a daughter. He is associated with Ramanuja sampradaya. His exact age is not known. It might be around 60 or 70 as dubbed by different media channels. He survived by only eating fruits, and that’s why he is known as Falahari Baba. Many top politicians and celebrities used to frequently meet him. Even PM Modi and CM Yogi Adityanath have visited him.
He was accused of rape by a 21-year old girl in 2017, and an FIR was filed against him. While followers are calling it a conspiracy, victim's father claimed the truth in the allegations. Conviction of Gurmeet Ram Rahim Singh in a rape case gave enough courage to victim to register a complaint against god man and she won the case.
