Dev Joshi is a popular child artist associated with Hindi television entertainment industry. He is best known for playing the titular role of Baal Veer in the fantasy series for kids, Baal Veer aired on SAB TV. The show is immensely popular among kids across the country and Dev Joshi became overnight sensation. The show has been dubbed to different regional languages and telecasted on regional network, making Baal Veer one of the most popular Indian kids’ show ever and Dev Joshi, one of the most popular child artists on Indian small screen.

He was born in Ahmedabad, Gujarat on November 28, 2000. He has been doing stage shows since young. He is currently doing his graduation in Amity University, specialized in Mass & Media. He marked his acting debut with the very popular fantasy series for kids in SAB TV, Baal Veer in 2012. He played the lead role of Baal Veer/Ballu in the show. The show started in 2012 was ended in 2016, and he grew immense popularity among kids as a super hero. The show was dubbed to Tamil, Malayalam and many more regional languages and aired on Kids’ TV network. He played the role of a supernatural human boy, who is blessed with superpowers of seven fairies.

He is the son of Devangana Joshi and Dushyant Joshi. Hrithik Roshan and Amitabh Bachchan are his favourite actors. He loves travelling and acting, and badminton and cricket are his favourite sports. Mathematics and science are his favourite subjects. He loves to watch action and comedy movies. Dev Joshi dreams to become a pilot in future. He has worked as a child model for many brands and TV commercials, and also modeled for print shoots.
