Darshan Rathod Biography 
Darshan Rathod is a popular composer of Bollywood famous for melodious tunes. He along with Sanjeev Rathod has formed the music director duo – Sanjeev Darshan who has given successful music to movies like Mann and Humara dil aapke paas hai. Both these music directors are the children of famous music director of 90’s – Shravan Rathod, who has associated with Nadeem to form the Emperors of melodies of 90’s – Nadeem Shravan. Darshan Rathod is the grandson of a renowned classical and semi classical singer - Pandit Chhaturbhuj Rathod. His uncles (brothers of father) are also successful names of Bollywood in the field of music. They are none other than playback singer Vinod Rathod and ghazal singer Roop Kumar Rathod.
Sanjeev was trained under Pandit Kallika Prasad, while younger brother Darshan picked up several instruments on his own. Their first movie as music directors was never released. Their second attempt was for a Gujarati album, Shree Swaminarayan Gadi Sansthan. Famous film maker Indra Kumar happened to hear their compositions and gave them the dream project – Mann. Their first released movie is Mann and till now, it remains their most popular music album too. Though the movie was not a big success, the songs were chartbusters and all its songs became extremely popular. The top songs of the movie were, Mera mann kyon tumhe chahein, Tinak tin taara, Khushiyan aur ghum, Kehna, Chaha hai tujhko, Lala lai la, Nasha yeh pyar ka, Kaali naagin and kyon chupathi ho mann ki baat. However the hit song, Chaha hai tujhko was directly lifted from Tamil movie, Unnidathil Ennai Koduthaen.
Apart from Mann and Humara Dil aapke paas hai, they have given music to movies like Aashiq, Rishte, Khiladi 420, Kitne Door Kitne Paas, Excuse me, Karz, Parwana, Yeh Raaste Hain Pyaar Ke, Fun, Yuddh, Suno sasurjee, Style, Mohabbat Ho Gayi Hai Tumse, black currency, You are my jaan and Talaash. Though they have been absent in musical industry for a short period, they are back with the sequel of Ram Gopal Varma’s Satya.
Apart from Mann, big hits of Sanjeev Darshan are Kya meine suna, Sukriya and Title track of Humara dil aapke paas hai, Excuse me of Style, Jaagthi hai raat bhar and kaisa yeh pyar hai of Khiladi 420, aaja aaja oh piya and title track of Yeh Raaste Hain Pyaar Ke , Title track, Churalona dil and Qayamat of Deewane and Title track of Aashiq.
