Daisy Bopanna Biography 
Daisy Bopanna is an Indian actress who works in Hindi and Kannada movies. Priyadarshan’s Garam Masala, where she was paired opposite Akshay Kumar is her most noted Bollywood film. She has played supporting role in Kamal Hassan’s Rama Shama Bhama and Upendra’s Aishwarya, which happened to be the debut movie of top Bollywood actress of present times, Deepika Padukone. She debut film industry with Tamil movie, Indru Mudhal in 2003, followed by Kannada debut the next year with the movie, Bimba. Gaalipata is her most significant work till now, for which she won nomination at Filmfare Award for Best Actress – Kannada. Chakkara Viyugam (2008) and Sweet Heart (2009) are her debut movies in lead roles in Tamil and Telugu languages respectively. Garam Masala is her debut Bollywood movie which was a box office hit in 2005.
Bopanna’s native town is Kodagu. She was born on 4 December 1982 in a highly educated family. She has been good in academic studies as well. Daisy did her schooling from Aurobindo School. She took graduation from Chitrakala Parishat in Bangalore. Daisy’s dream was a career in advertising as a copywriter. But later she joined entertainment industry. She also owns experience of stage actress and has been associated with B. Jayasri’s Spandana theatre camp and contemporary English theatre with Preetam Koilpillai for a short period.
She played a bit role in Tamil movie, Indru muthal in 2003 and Kannaad movie, Bimba released one year later is regarded as her debut movie. Rama Shyama Bhama, Thavarina Siri, Aishwarya, Satyavaan Savitri, Gaalipata, Olave Jeevana Lekkachara and Crazy Loka are a few of her noted appearances. Khuda Kasam and United 6 are her latest Bollywood releases, though both were not noticed. She is married to Amit Jaju, a forensic analyst and the couple has one son.
