Chetna Pande Biography

Chetna Pande is a Bollywood actress who has also appeared in a few series on MTV. She will be seen in the much awaited movie of 2015 – Dilwale starring Shah Rukh Khan and Kajol, where she portrays a supporting role. Earlier she was seen in the Bollywood film, I Don't Luv U, where she played the female lead opposite Ruslaan Mumtaz. The movie released in 2013 received good reviews from critics. She portrayed the role of an MMS victim in the movie.

Chetna Pande was born on 2 August 1989 at Dehradun. She comes from a non-filmy, middle-class family. She was doing her MBA in Pune, while she was asked to come to an audition for television serial of Ekta Kapoor. She left her studies in the midway to do the audition. For some reasons she couldn’t get through. But she got stuck in the dreams to become an actress. That’s how she landed into the lead role of Bollywood film, I Don't Luv U, a love story. This film is based on MMS Scandals which has become prevalent today. The entire film was shot in a management institute in Ghaziabad. The movie was directed by Amit Kasaria and produced by Dr Anil Kumar Sharma and Dr Pallavi Mishra.

Earlier Chetna has done one cameo role in a Bollywood movie - Dil Toh Baccha Hai Ji in 2011. She was seen in an airport scene of the movie which included stars like Ajay Devgan and Emran Hashmi. She has earlier appeared in a few TV ads and a south Indian film before her film debut in Bollywood. She appeared in a Tamil flick - Neeyum Naanum in the year 2010. She played the lead role opposite Sanjeev and Sampath and the movie was directed by S.V. Solairaja.
