Chandra Sekhar Yeleti Biography 
Chandra Sekhar Yeleti is a National award winning filmmaker associated with Telugu film industry. He shot to fame with his award winning debut film, Aithe, which garnered him countless awards and fan followers. The movie was awarded the best Telugu film at National awards for the year 2003, apart from two prestigious Nandi awards – including Best story. It was one of the breakthrough roles of actor Pavan Malhotra, who portrayed the negative role. His second directorial venture, Anukokunda Oka Roju in 2005, he gained two Nandi awards for second best film and screenplay. Okkadunnadu (2007), Prayanam (2009) and Sahasam (2013) are other released movies. Manamantha is his upcoming release, which stars Malayalam superstar Mohanlal playing the lead role.
Yeleti was born in Tuni of Andhra Pradesh on 4 March 1973. The director of creativity - Gangaraju Gunnam is his cousin. He started off working as an assistant director of his cousin for the film, 'Little Soldiers' and later directed 10 episodes of television series, Amrutham before marking his debut as an independent film director with the movie, Aithe in 2003. The film with a moderate budget was hugely appreciated by critics and emerged as super hit at box office. The comedy thriller starred Pavan Malhotra, Mohit Chadda, Shashank, Sindhu Tolani and Sivaji Raja in the major roles.
He is a seasonal director, who has directed only 5 movies in the past 13 years, and his movies have always won critics’ praises. He made his second film Anukokunda Oka Roju after a gap of two years. His movies Sahasam and Okkadunnadu received average reviews from critics and gained moderate success at box office. Actress Neha Jhulka made her film debut through his film, Okkadunnadu. Prayanam (2009) received rave reviews from critics and was a box office hit.
