Cezanne Khan Biography

Cezanne Khan is a popular television actor and model. He played the lead role of popular serial, Kasautii Zindagii Kay of Star Plus, where he was paired opposite Shweta Tiwari. He has also appeared in various roles in Pakistani television. Other popular television roles include - Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi, Kya Hadsaa Kya Haqeeqat, Seeta Aur Geeta, Ek Ladki Anjaani Si, Pal Chin and Hasratein. He has acted in Pakistan television serials like Piya Ke Ghar Jaana Hai and Silsilay Chahat Ke. He has also appeared in many television ads.

Khan was born on December 28, 1977 in Mumbai. His father Ustad Rais Khan is a famous sitarist of Pakistan. His mother Tasnim Khan is an interior designer and brother, Suhail Khan is a singer and musician. Khan went to boarding school at Barnes in Deolali to do his schooling. Later he took degree in Bachelor of Communications from M.M.K. College of Commerce & Economics, Bandra. During college days, he did modelling projects and continued it for eight years. Then he did theatre and very soon, he got his first film offer when he decided to take MBA degree. He decided to go with acting instead of studies.

Anubhav Sinha offered him a role in his TV serial Hasratein on Zee TV and he accepted the offer. Very soon he got a few more roles like Neena Gupta's Palchhin, B. R. Films' serial Dushman and Balaji Telefilms's Kalirein. But it was Kasautii Zindagii Kay which changed his life. He played lead role in this soap opera which received good response from the public and proved to be the turning point of his career. He has also appeared in music video of Yaad Piya Ki by Ustad Sultan Khan, Sadhna Sargam, Suhael Khan. Kasautii Zindagii Kay has given him numerous awards and nominations at different television awards. Best TV Personality and Best actor Jury awards need special mention.
