Bala Biography 
Bala is an Indian actor who appears in the films of Malayalam and Tamil. He entered film industry in 2003 and is in the field for nearly a decade. His debut film was Anbu and his directorial debut was with the film Hit List in 2012.
Bala was born on 11th July 1982 in Chennai. His mother tongue is Tamil. His father Jayakumar is a famous director who has directed more than 300 films. He has one brother Sivakumar who has worked in many films as cinematographer. His grandfather A. K. Velan owns the Arunachala Studio and so he has a good filmy background that helped him inhis career.
His soft looks and impeccable face won him good name in the film industry. He is a hard working person and though some of his initial films were not successful, his career in Malayalam film industry turned to be a success.
He fell in love with Amritha Suresh who had won the Asianet Star Singer 2007 title. He was the guest during the Star Singer programs and during these times his attention turned towards Amritha. They were engaged in September 2009 and their marriage took place on 27th August 2010.
Some of his Tamil films include Anbu, Kadhal Kisu Kisu, Amma Appa Chellam, Kalinga, Sindhanai Sei, Manjal Veyil, etc. Some of his Malayalam films include Kalabham, Hareendran Oru Nishkalankan, Big B, Aayudham, Bullet, SMS, Sound of Boot, Chempada, Venalmaram, Puthiya Mukham, Black Stallion, Ringtone, Avan, Patham Adhyayam, Sahasram, Chaverpada, Sthalam, Makaramanju, Musafir, Hero, etc.
