Awdhesh Mishra Biography 
Awdhesh Mishra is a film actor who predominantly works in Bhojpuri cinema. He is best known for essaying villain and negative characters on Bhojpuri screen. He is active in film industry since late 1980s and Kakhan Harab Dukh Mor was his first memorable, where he essayed Bhagwan Mahadev (Lord Mahadev). The movie was released in Maithili language. Later he acted in Bhojpuri, Tamil and Hindi films. He was seen in 2015 Bollywood film Dirty Politics starring Naseeruddin Shah and Mallika Sherawat, and he portrayed the role of Jabbar Singh. Till now he has appeared in more than 50 films belonging to different languages.
Awdhesh Mishra was born in Patna, Bihar on 5 August 1969. He started his professional career with theatre before moving to big screen. He made his debut with the film Katha Madhopur Ki (1989) produced by Prakash Jha. He also worked with superstar Amitabh Bachchan in film Ganga Devi. He played brief roles during initial days, and rose to prominence after year 2000. In his second innings, Kakhan Harab Dukh Mor in 2005 was his noted movie. His villain role in the Bhojpuri movie, ‘Dulha Aisan Chahi’ directed by Sunil Sinha shot him to instant fame and he became a popular villain of Bhojpuri films very soon.
Chhora Ganga Kinare Wala, Dulaara, Dulhan Ganga Paar Ke, Damru, Jeena Teri Gali Mein, Mehandi Laga Ke Rakhna, Mai Sehra Bandh Ke Aaunga, Suno Sasurji, Sangharsh, Border etc are some of the memorable roles he played on big screen in the past few years. Apart from villain roles, he also plays mythological roles on screen. His role as Lord Shiva in many movies has been appreciated. One of the most hated villains of Bhojpuri screen he played an eunuch in 'Jwalamandi- Ek Prem Kahani'.
