Asif Ali Biography 
Asif Ali is an Indian film actor, model and television anchor who is primarily concentrating in Malayalam film industry. He entered the film industry in the year 2003 through the film Ritu and has given many hit films. He was born on 4th February 1986 in Thodupuzha in Kerala. His parents are M. P. Shoukath Ali of Maravettikal House and Molly. His father was the former municipal chairman of Thodupuzha Municipality. He has one younger brother Askar Ali. Asif Ali was engaged to Zama Mazreen from Thana Kannur on 9th September 2012.
He studied at De Paul Public School at Thodupuzha and Rajarshi Memorial School at Vadavucode Puthencruz in Ernakulam. He completed his graduation in Business Administration from Marian College at Kuttikkanam. He went abroad to pursue his higher education. It was at that time he entered modeling industry and was working as a video jockey for sometimes.
Shyamaprasad spotted him and gave him opportunity to perform in the film Ritu. His family did not encourage his career as a film actor as they were aspiring to see him as an engineer or a business man. They did not know until the release of the film Ritu that he had acted in that film. Later they realized his talents and started supporting him.
He acted alongside Nishan and Rima Kallingal in the film Ritu. He has acted under many famous directors like Sathyan Anthikadu, Sibi Malayil, Rajesh Pillai, Aashiq Abu and Rajesh Kannamkara. Some of the movies that he has acted in his film career are Ritu, KAdha Thudarunnu, Apporvaragam, Best of Luck, Traffic, Ithu Nammude Katha, Violin, Salt N Pepper, Sevenes, Doctor Love, Ordinary, Mallu Singh, Bachelor Party, Ustad Hotel, Ozhimuri, etc. His movie Salt N Pepper was a mega hit and won him awards.
