Ashish Sharma Biography

Ashish Sharma is an actor associated with Hindi soaps and Bollywood films. He made his film debut through the movie, Love Sex aur Dhokha in 2010. Later he had a successful career in television playing lead role in almost all serials he acted. He played the male protagonist - Chandragupta Maurya in the popular historic series, Chandragupta Maurya. Imagine TV’s series Gunahon Ka Devta is his debut television series. Rab Se Sohna Isshq and Rangrasiya are other television soaps, where he played male protogonist. He is the winner of the reality dance show - Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa 7 aside Sanaya Irani. Ashish is to play the title role of the upcoming mythological series - Siya Ke Ram. Qubool Hai fame Archana Taide is his wife.

Ashish Sharma was born on 30 August 1984 in Jaipur, Rajasthan. Sharma married his longtime girlfriend cum serial actress Archana Taide on 30 January 2013 in Jaipur. He started his career with the film Love, Sex Aur Dhoka, and then entered television. Now he is one of the top male actors of Hindi television who played protagonist’s role in Gunahon Ka Devta, Chandragupta Maurya, Rab Se Sohna Isshq and Rangrasiya and the upcoming mythological series - Siya Ke Ram, where he plays Sree Ram. Till now he played male protagonist in all the television series he appeared – indeed an outstanding record.

He played a border security officer in Rangrasiya, while parallel male protagonist in Rab Se Sohna Isshq. He appeared in a new avatar as RJ in the tele show - Tujhse Naaraz Nahi Zindagi. He liked books since childhood and his father is a writer. It was his childhood passion to play with toy swords, bows and arrows, which he later did in Chandragupta Maurya. Winning the reality dance show - Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa 7 is one of the memorable moments of his television career.
