Arvind Vegda Biography 
Arvind Vegda is a musician and Gujarati folk singer from Ahmedabad, Gujarat. A leading performer of folk music for several music concerts, he is to make his film debut as a lead actor for upcoming Gujarati film, Kyaare Jaishu Pattaya. The movie is slated to release in 2016 and he plays the role of lead hero, film producer and singer for his debut flick. Most recently he recorded one song for Shah Rukh Khan’s upcoming Bollywood release – Fan, that’s slated to release in April 2016. Vegda rendered his voice for the Gujarati version of the song - "Jabro Fan”. He was associated with 2012 Gujarat election campaign associated with Bharatiya Janata Party and has also participated in the reality show, Bigg Boss 9 in 2015.
Vegda was born on 5 October 1974 in Ahmedabad. After schooling he joined a diploma course in drama though dropped in middle. Later he completed graduation and started his career as a marketing agent for a private air conditioning firm. He worked with the organization for long 12 years and got promoted to President of Indian Society of Heating and Refrigerating Air-Conditioning Engineers. He has no formal training in classic music though he has learnt harmonium.
Vegda started his music career playing harmonium for Navaratri festivals. In 2006 he got invitation to perform at Navratri Garba in Ahmedabad and since then he has successfully sang in many shows across Gujarat. Bhai Bhai is one of his popular tracks that has become an instant hit on social networking sites and is played in almost all Garba events across the state. Bhala Mori Rama (2011) is one of his most popular albums. He is also known by the title - King of Desi Rock N' Roll.
