Arrol Corelli Biography 
Arrol Corelli is an upcoming music composer of Tamil Cinema, who gave the music for the highly appreciated super natural drama of Mysskin – Pisaasu in 2014. He also scored its background score which played a significant role in the success of the film. It also earned him a nomination at Vijay Film Awards for best background score. Pisaasu marked his debut in Collywood. In 2015 he composed music for one more film - Pasanga 2, directed by Pandiraj. He is known for his successful association with the highly acclaimed director, Mysskin. He joins hands with the director for his next two projects as well. He is a qualified Chartered Accountant.
A promising young music director associated with Tamil film industry, he has two new projects in hand – Savarakathi and Thupparivaalan. Savarakathi is produced by Mysskin and directed by his brother, and Mysskin plays lead hero in this film. Thupparivaalan is directed by Mysskin and produced by Vishal. He got attached with music at a very young age of only five.
He hails from Maraimalainagar near Chennai. His real name is S. Arul Murugan. He was born into a middle class family in 1985. He started learning violin at the age of 5 under Ravi Kumar. Later he got opportunity to learn violin from the accomplished artist, A. Kanyakumari. He started performing in live concerts at a very young age and has sucecsfully competed in many music competitions too. He also started learning Western Classical Piano at the age of 10. He became a Chartered Accountant in 2007.
Though he is a professional CA, he aspired to continue music. So he approached film director Mysskin. Impressed by his talents, Mysskin offered him the movie, Pisasu. Since then he is successfully associated with this director. In fact S. Arul Murugan was rechristened as Arrol Corelli by Mysskin.
