Arjun Ashokan is a budding young actor associated with Malayalam cinema, who has done a few memorable character roles in the recent times. His supporting roles in Unda, Parava and June were well appreciated, and as per latest buzz, he is to mark his debut in a lead role this year. This talented young actor is the son of very popular comedian Harishree Ashokan, best known for his iconic comic role of Ramanan in Punjabi House. He made his screen debut with Orkut Oru Ormakoot in 2012, though the role went unnoticed. As an actor he came to limelight after playing a supporting role in Parava, and since then offers came pouring in.

Arjun Ashokan hails from Ernakulam, Kerala, born in year 1993. His father Harishree Ashokan is a well-established comic actor of big screen as well as standup comedian, very popular among Malayali audience. As Arjun belongs to a family with strong art and film background, he stepped into his father’s shoes and joined film industry in 2012. Orkut Oru Ormakoot was his debut flick. He got married to his childhood love Nikita Ganeshan in 2018. They dated for long 9 years before marriage.

After his debut film - Orkut Oru Ormakoot got unnoticed, and he took a berak of 5 years and returned with a brief role in Parava. Since then he started receiving more film roles, mostly in character roles. Year 2019 proved excellent for him as an actor. His role as a police inspector who has a crush on Rajisha Vijayan since school days in June was well received. It was followed by one more role as a cop - PC Gireesh T. P in Mammootty starrer Unda, which established his career in Mollywood.
