Aparna Dixit Biography

Aparna Dixit is an Indian television actress who appears in Hindi soaps and historic series. She is associated with entertainment industry since 2013. She is a successful and popular actress of small screen. Life OK's drama series Kalash gave her the big break in the industry. She portrayed the female lead character of Devika Rani Garwal for which she is known most. She has been associated with many mythological and historic series as well. Her debut role as Ambalika in Mahabharat and Alexander’s wife Roxana in Porus are a few, belonging to this genre. Laal Ishq is her most recent show.

 

Aparna Dixit was born on 20 October 1991. She hails from Agra, Uttar Pradesh. She has one brother named Agam Dixit. She schooled from Holy Public School, Agra. She completed her graduation in physics from Delhi University. Then she went to Mumbai to try her luck in television industry and she succeeded. She made her debut in 2013 with Star Plus's mythological soap opera Mahabharat, playing the character role of Ambika, the second among three sisters. She also played a brief role of Mr. Rigved’s daughter in the TV show, Best Friends Forever? It was followed by supporting roles in Pavitra Rishta and Yeh Dil Sun Raha Hai. She appeared in Box Cricket League in 2016, Porus and Lal Ishq in 2018.

 

Started with supporting roles, she later moved to lead roles. She earned instant fame through the lead role of Devika Rani Garwal in Kalash. Currently she is dating her television co-star Puru Chibber. They started dating three years ago and are completely smitten with each other. Travelling is her favourite hobby. Her favourite actor is Ranbir Kapoor. Momos is her favourite food.
