Andrea Guerra Biography 
Andrea Guerra is an Italian music composer and film scorer who works in Bollywood. He scored background music for many Bollywood movies. In 2015 he made his debut as a film scorer of Bollywood through the film - Dum Laga Ke Haisha. Songs of the movie were composed by Anu Malik. Facing Windows (2003), Hotel Rwanda (2004), and The Pursuit of Happyness (2006) are his noted Italian movies as a film scorer.
His father Tonino Guerra is a famous poet and screenwriter. He was born in 1961 in Santarcangelo di Romagna town, Italy. He studied music composition and arrangement under the famous Ettore Ballotta and decided to pursue music as his career. So he moved to Rome and started his music journey giving music to documentary films. Later he got opportunity to compose music and film score for many Italian films.
Associated with music since early 2000s, many of his music scores have given him awards at multiple award functions. He worked as music composer, music arranger and background scorer for Italian movies, before he marked his debut with Bollywood films. In 2001, he earned award for Best Soundtrack for the film, Tornando a casa at Film Festival in Valencia. The movie gave him the real breakthrough and also presented him Grolla d'oro 2001 - best composer award. His music for Le fate ignoranti also earned him multiple awards the same year. There was no turning back after that.
In a career spanning to more than 15 years, Tornando a casa, Le fate ignoranti, Hotel Rwanda, Facing Windows etc are some of the movies which earned him recognition. His compositions like "Gocce di memoria", "Che ne sara di noi” and "Million Voices" are some of his popular songs. "Million Voices" from the movie Hotel Rwanda (2005) earned him Best Original Song award at Apex Award, Golden Satellite Award and European Film Awards.
