Anchal Sabharwal Biography

Anchal Sabharwal is a popular television actress of Hindi shows. She has also acted in a few films belonging to Bollywood and other regional languages. She is also a successful model, who has been featured in several TV ads, before joining television industry in 2006. She made her film debut through South Indian films in 2009, and has appeared in Hindi, Telugu, Kannada and Malayalam languages. She has also acted in two Malayalam movies, also Kannada  As a television actress, she has been a part of several TV shows like Saas Bina Sasural, Sajan Re Jhoot Mat Bolo, Iss Pyaar Ko Kya Naam Doon?...Ek Baar Phir, Bhaskar Bharti, Aek Chabhi Hai Padoss Mein and Uttaran are her television roles up-to-date.

 

Anchal Sabharwal was born on 29 August 1986 in Delhi. Anchal first appeared in many TV commercials, before she made her television debut through the show - Aek Chabhi Hai Padoss Mein in 2006. She was seen in the role of Zoya Ali for the series. In 2009, she made her film debut through Telugu film, Masth followed by her Bollywood debut – Aamras the same year. In 2010 she entered Malayalam film scene through the film – Puthumukhangal, playing a supporting role of Nikitha Charan. She was also seen in Mammootty starrer, The Train the following year. She debut Tollywood through Kodipunju (2011).

 

As she couldn’t achieve success in film industry, she returned back to television. She was seen in a supporting role in Kannada film - Kempe Gowda. Originally she was to play the lead role for the movie. Since then she is associated with television industry. She replaced Mugdha Chaphekar for the show - Sajan Re Jhoot Mat Bolo. She was last seen in Iss Pyaar Ko Kya Naam Doon?...Ek Baar Phir.
