Aman Dhaliwal Biography

Aman Dhaliwal is a noted model and actor, who predominantly works in Punjabi cinema. His action movies are quite popular and he is known as an action hero indeed. He changes looks for his each role in his movies and is noticed most for this attitude. Apart from Punjabi he has worked in Bollywood, Pakistani and Telugu movies also. He played the character role of Rajkumar Ratan Singh in Ashutosh Gowariker’s periodic romantic movie, Jodha Akbar in 2008. Ajj De Ranjhe and Ik Kudi Punjab Di are his noted Pollywood movies. Indian Police, Virsa, Khaleja and Big Brother are other popular movies belonging to other languages. He is one of Punjabi’s most promising young heroes right now.

His full name is Amandeep Singh Dhaliwal and he was born in Mansa, East Punjab of India. Both his parents are teachers. He holds Bachelors in radiology and Masters in Hospital administration. He was discovered by a modeling agent in a hair salon in Delhi. He started his modelling career in 2003 and appeared in a few Punjabi music videos as well. Yaariyaan of Jazzy B & Sukhshinder Shinda, Jaan Jaan and Tere ute mar mitti for Balkar Sidhu and Jatt lutiya gya for Ravinder Ravi are his popular music videos as a model.

After appearing in a few Bollywood and Telugu movies, he made his Pollywood debut with Virsa in 2010, a youth oriented movie. The movie was a commercial hit and very soon it was followed by a string of Punjabi hits like Ik Kudi Punjab Di and Ajj de Ranjhe. In Ajj de Ranjhe, he portrayed both negative and comic traits.
